(Work From Home) Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and creating a positive client experience. In this fully remote role, you’ll work with individuals and families who have already requested information about their benefit options, helping them understand what’s available and guiding them through the next steps.

Your conversations will focus on education, support, and understanding each client’s needs. No door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling is required.

Whether you have previous experience or are looking to develop a new career path, you’ll receive training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed and continue growing professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with clients through phone calls and virtual appointments
Learn about each client’s situation, questions, and priorities
Provide clear information about available benefit options
Make complex information easier for clients to understand
Answer questions and assist clients throughout the process
Help clients determine the appropriate next steps based on their needs
Provide professional and courteous support from the initial conversation through follow-up
Keep client information and records accurate and organized
Complete follow-up communication when additional assistance is required
Participate in regular training, coaching, and development sessions
What We’re Looking For

We value attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience can be helpful, but it is not required to be considered for the position.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Dependable with good organizational skills
Able to manage time and responsibilities effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
Open to coaching, feedback, and continued development
Comfortable using computers, email, and virtual meeting platforms
Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or insurance experience is an asset
Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
