AO is looking to hire motivated individuals to join our growing remote team across Canada and the United States.
For more than 60 years, our organization has helped working families understand and access insurance benefits designed to provide greater financial security and peace of mind.
Our approach is centered around people. We believe that investing in mentorship, professional development, and leadership creates stronger representatives and a better experience for the families we serve. We’ve built a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to develop their skills, take on new challenges, and work toward long-term career growth.
Through established relationships with unions and associations, our representatives connect with individuals and families who are looking for information about their available benefits and coverage options.
The Role

Your responsibility is to understand their needs, explain available coverage options, answer their questions, and help them make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families.
This is a relationship-focused role built around communication, education, and client service. Rather than traditional cold calling, representatives focus on connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in receiving information.
You’ll also receive ongoing training and mentorship designed to help you strengthen your communication, client-service, sales, and leadership skills as you progress.
