What You’ll Be Doing
Provide benefit enrollment information and assist with determining eligibility
Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
Handle incoming client calls and respond to questions and service requests
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients
Review each client’s individual needs and priorities
Explain available coverage and benefit options in a clear and professional manner
Use our Needs Analysis system to help identify suitable benefit solutions
Assist clients with applications, enrollment materials, and required documentation
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Complete follow-ups and provide ongoing client support
Participate in training and work closely with management to stay informed about new products, services, and policies
