Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and booking cruise vacations
• Provide detailed information about cruise lines, itineraries, pricing, and onboard amenities
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or online messaging
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking details
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth reservation processes and client satisfaction
• Stay current on cruise industry trends, promotions, and offerings
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
