Join our Nampa Women's Services team and work alongside highly skilled women's health professionals providing compassionate care for mothers and newborns.
Our Nampa Women's Services team averages approximately 135 deliveries each month and features:
- 14 Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) rooms, allowing families to receive care in one dedicated room throughout their stay.
- 7 Family Care Suites (FCS) with NICU capabilities, allowing eligible newborns to remain with their families while receiving the specialized care they need. This supports family bonding and couplet care whenever clinically appropriate.
- An 8-bed NICU, including two rooms that can accommodate twins when needed.
- A collaborative team dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care for mothers and newborns.

What You Can Expect
Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Work as part of a collaborative night-shift team supporting mothers, newborns, and families.
- Paid training provided for 4–6 weeks to help you build confidence and succeed in your role.
Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice OR Nurse Apprentice Letter.
- Current CPR/BLS Provider certification through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
