Position
Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Unit
Responsibilities
- Serve as the sole Nurse Practitioner on a Mobile Women’s Health Unit delivering preventive and screening services throughout Yakima Valley.
- Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care directly to the community in a mobile clinic setting.
- Deliver essential services including mammography, cervical cancer screening, and comprehensive women’s health evaluations.
- Work alongside a dedicated support team consisting of a Medical Assistant, Receptionist, and Mammography Technician.
- Proudly serve a largely migrant and Latino community with the support of a certified bilingual Medical Assistant for translation and patient care.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience utilizing EPIC as the primary EMR system.
- Comfortable working in a compact, non‑traditional space and thriving in a dynamic, community‑focused setting.
- Passion for working with underserved patient populations preferred.
