Wolfe Eye Clinic Glaucoma Specialist- West Des Moines

Position Overview

We are searching for a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist to join our Central Iowa staff in the Des Moines clinic. The practice has a high patient load and expects the successful candidate to perform approximately 1,100 cataract surgeries annually and manage glaucoma cases, while strengthening established referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform cataract surgeries (around 1,100 cases per year).
• Manage glaucoma patients and surgical cases.
• Strengthen and maintain referral relationships.
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical support staff to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Fellowship trained in glaucoma.
• Strong surgical interest and skills.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical license in Iowa.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through hard work and quality decision making.
