WMS Supervisor

When the WMS is right, the entire distribution center runs better.
This role sits at the intersection of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and systems support. We’re looking for a WMS Supervisor who understands what happens on the floor—and knows how to use the systems behind it to keep product moving accurately and efficiently.
Where You’ll Take Ownership
- Lead and support WMS and cycle count personnel
- Monitor WMS activity and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Protect inventory integrity by identifying and resolving process gaps
- Configure pick zones, replenishment strategies & location setups
- Support RF equipment, PCs, and other DC technology
- Partner with warehouse teams across receiving, shipping & order fulfillment
- Maintain safety, quality & productivity standards
What Gets Our Attention
✔️ 2+ years working in a WMS environment
✔️ Strong understanding of cycle counting and inventory control
✔️ Knowledge of warehouse processes from receiving through shipping
✔️ Ability to investigate system issues and find practical solutions
✔️ Familiarity with systems such as RedPrairie, Catalyst, Kronos or Vocollect is a plus
✔️ Flexibility to support an evening shift and other shifts when needed
