To support enterprise content management, the remote OnBase Administrator Developer will manage, maintain, and optimize the Hyland OnBase system while designing workflows and providing technical support. Key responsibilities Manage, maintain, and optimize the enterprise content management system using Hyland OnBase Design and develop workflows, forms, and custom queries to meet organizational requirements Provide ongoing technical support, including incident management and system upgrades Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in Hyland OnBase administration and configuration Certifications: OnBase Certified System Administrator, Installer, and Workflow Administrator or Engineer Proficiency in OnBase Configuration, Studio, Unity Management Console, and API development Strong skills in writing custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server Experience performing system upgrades and managing change effectively
