Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Wisconsin Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from minimal administrative burdens and a structured care model. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks Exercise independent treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) Active, unrestricted license with two or more independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Preferred experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
