Leading the implementation and support of clinical information systems, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Senior Epic Analyst will manage projects, provide education, and ensure effective application software usage while being eligible for remote work in select states. Key responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Ambulatory applications, consulting with clinical and administrative staff Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned application software Maintain and improve patient safety, departmental workflow, and cost containment through effective application usage Required qualifications: Experience and certification with EPIC Ambulatory Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of relevant healthcare/IT experience Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems ITIL and HIMSS certifications to be completed within one year of hire Strong understanding of hospital clinical and administrative operations and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
