Key responsibilities: Complete initial patient assessments and document pertinent data according to hospital policy Act as a patient advocate by explaining rights, obtaining necessary consents, and ensuring privacy Participate in care planning and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and needs Required qualifications: Wisconsin Licensed Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license in good standing Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification required within 30 days of hire Formal training in management of aggressive patients required within 60 days of hire Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
