Wisconsin Licensed Rate Setting Analyst

To support a large Medicaid long-term care program, the full-time Senior Long-Term Care Rate Setting Analyst will lead the development and maintenance of rate setting methodologies, utilizing advanced data analysis to evaluate costs and trends, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the development and documentation of rate setting models for long-term care programs Use advanced analytical techniques to evaluate costs, trends, and reimbursement outcomes Monitor State and Federal policy changes affecting Wisconsin Medicaid and assess their impact Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or Medicaid policy analysis Strong data expertise and understanding of rate-setting impacts on Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) Advanced skills in Excel and/or analytical tools such as R, SAS, or SPSS Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field; master's degree preferred Experience interpreting public policy within healthcare and/or Wisconsin Medicaid
