To support healthcare operations, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Prior Authorization Manager will oversee team performance, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build, develop, and lead teams to execute day-to-day operations and achieve account goals Establish routines and utilize tools to drive team performance and maintain client satisfaction Identify and manage risks from business activities, implementing strategies to improve performance Required qualifications 7 or more years of people management experience in healthcare Experience in quality assurance for accurate utilization decisions based on recognized guidelines Minimum of two years' Medicaid experience in Prior Authorization/Utilization Review preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with software applications for operations Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational processes
