To support individuals with Substance Use Disorder, a Wisconsin Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide remote, flexible care through telehealth assessments, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning, with options for full-time or part-time hours. Key responsibilities Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use and overall functioning Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with the care team and external providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care Required qualifications Active and unrestricted NP license in Wisconsin Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable) Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry Board certification in specialty preferred Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
