To support a growing initiative addressing student mental health, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to PreK-12 students and school staff in partner districts while collaborating with school personnel to enhance mental health services. Key responsibilities Deliver mental health assessments and teletherapy to students and staff, typically over 2-4 months per student Engage in case discussions with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate support for students and families Build strong relationships with school leadership and staff to address mental health needs and improve support systems Required qualifications Active independent license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD) Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services to children and youth via telehealth Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy Reliable high-speed internet access Availability to provide services during and after school hours, including evenings and weekends
