To support psychiatric nurse practitioners with medication management, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Consulting Psychiatrist will provide clinical consultation and guidance in a 100% remote capacity, focusing on medication selection, dosing, and treatment alternatives without direct client care or prescribing responsibilities. Key responsibilities Consult with psychiatric nurse practitioners regarding medication management and complex cases Provide guidance on medication selection, dosing, side effects, interactions, and treatment alternatives Support evidence-based psychiatric practices and assist with medication-management policies and quality-improvement initiatives Required qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active medical license in good standing and eligibility for Wisconsin licensure Strong knowledge of psychiatric medication management Experience consulting with or mentoring psychiatric nurse practitioners
