Wisconsin Licensed Coding Supervisor

To oversee the daily operations of charge capture staff, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Coding Supervisor will manage workflow, conduct human resource functions, and serve as a resource for charge capture issues in a primarily remote position with occasional onsite presence required. Key responsibilities Supervise daily charge capture operations, resolving issues in collaboration with various stakeholders Provide coverage and support to the Charge Capture Manager while mentoring the Supervisor I team Recruit, train, and evaluate charge capture staff, ensuring compliance with operational protocols and regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 7 years of relevant experience Coding certification (CPC, CCS-P) and/or Health Information Management credential (RHIT, RHIA) Experience in multi-specialty professional billing coding and charge capture Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
