Wisconsin and Michigan Licensed Triage Nurse

To support a growing patient service center, the full-time Wisconsin and Michigan Licensed Triage Nurse will triage clinic-related calls, utilize nursing processes for patient care management, and serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Triage patient calls and assess care needs based on nursing protocols Document patient interactions and care recommendations within the medical record Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate follow-up care for patients Required qualifications Current RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan, with the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire Graduation from an accredited RN program with knowledge of patient care standards CPR/BLS certification required within 60 days of hire; ACLS certification is desired Experience in primary or specialty clinic settings is preferred
