Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing
Electrical Panel Assembly & Wiring
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Perform point-to-point wiring of industrial control panels
Install and wire components including:
- Circuit Breakers
- Relays
- Power Supplies
- PLCs
- Electrical Controls
Route and organize wiring according to quality and safety standards
Testing & Troubleshooting
Conduct electrical and functional testing
Troubleshoot wiring and component issues
Document testing results and quality checks
Assist with customer witness testing and noise testing
Chiller System Testing
Pressure Testing
Evacuation & Refrigerant Charging
Refrigeration Performance Testing
Electrical Component Testing
Mechanical & Electrical Installations
Build test rigs and support engineering test plans
Continuous Improvement
Participate in quality investigations and structured problem-solving activities
Support risk assessments and safety initiatives
Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering teams as needed
Qualifications
Required
1+ years of experience in:
- Panel Wiring
- Electrical Assembly
- Industrial Electrical Work
- Manufacturing Electrical Systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of wiring standards and electrical safety practices
Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred Qualifications
PLC wiring experience
HVAC, Refrigeration, or Chiller Systems experience
Mechanical assembly experience
EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
