Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.Performance ExpectationsComplete Annual Individual Training ProgramComply with all KCI policies and proceduresEnsure projects fulfill ISO compliance requirementsComplete other duties as required/assignedAchieve or exceed budgeted individual utilization target (85% typical)Attend bi-weekly (or more frequently as necessary) meetings with project team on all projects/tasksComplete all tasks on time and within budget while fully meeting the scopeOperate within specified (corporate or project) budget parametersCompare field data to base planDesign and draft construction drawings using standard engineering fundamentals for approval by Federal, state and local agenciesGather data, including measurements, sketches, notes and photographs as neededRead and interpret technical documents needed for performance of jobReview and interpret design manuals and details from local jurisdictionsSize and specify design requirementsKCI Technologies, Inc.
