Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet daily targets
- Support hiring, performance management, and employee development initiatives
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Oversee setup, programming, and operation of CNC wire forming and bending equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust machine parameters as needed
- Ensure proper installation, calibration, and maintenance of tools and machinery
- Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
- Support LEAN initiatives and process improvement efforts
- Train and mentor team members on equipment, safety, and best practices
- Support onboarding and ongoing skill development for employees
- Manage work orders, production documentation, and reporting
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for tracking and reporting
- Maintain time and attendance records
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with CNC programming, machine setup, or wire manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on experience with CNC equipment and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid math and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Mechanically inclined with ability to use hand tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with OSHA and workplace safety standards
- Experience with wire forming, bending, or metal fabrication processes
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
