ANNABELLE  - a member of the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group,  seeking a wine director to work with our award wining Chef .  We strive to give each guest the highest quality of food, wine,  service, and hospitality in an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere.

We are looking for a wine director  that shares our passion for hospitality and service, has a strong work ethic, is committed to excellence, and are excited to be a part of our team. This position will consist of evening and weekend services.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least five years experience in the restaurant industry working with a robust wine program; prior fine-dining experience preferred.
• Excellent food and wine knowledge with a strong foundation in the domestic and international wines.
• Strong understanding of POS and inventory systems
• Desire and ability to teach and foster growth within staff
• Ability to lead and manage a staff and take a hands-on approach to all aspects of service
• Strong desire to contribute and elevate service and hospitality standards
• Keen attention to detail, especially during a fast-paced service
• Ability to communicated clearly, efficiently, and eloquently
• Positive outlook and team-oriented mentality
