Providing ongoing Systems Administration support, the full-time Windows Systems Administrator will manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software in Windows environments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide Systems Administration support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance across multiple organizations Engage with clients to gather specifications and align operational recommendations with business needs Configure and maintain software performance tests and remediate daily incident tickets to ensure system reliability Required qualifications BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Deep expertise in Windows systems administration Strong troubleshooting and technical support background U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
