Working remotely on a contract basis, the Windows Systems Administrator will manage and maintain multiple Windows-based systems, apply security updates, troubleshoot networks, and support both on-premise and cloud-based environments. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain multiple Windows-based systems across varied environments Apply mandatory software updates, Windows patches, and security remediations in a timely manner Troubleshoot and configure networks, resolving connectivity issues and performing system/data recovery as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience managing multiple Windows environments Proven ability to apply mandatory system updates, patches, and security fixes Experience with observability/monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace) Experience with cloud operations or cloud system management (preferably Azure)
