Windows Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Windows Technician to support the setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of company desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. This person will ensure employees have properly configured, secure, and reliable devices while providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and Windows-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops for company employees.
- Configure and support company-issued mobile devices , including smartphones and tablets.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, company applications, software, drivers, and peripherals .
- Prepare new devices for employees, including user profiles, system settings, applications, and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and device performance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, patches, upgrades, and hardware replacements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.
Compensation:
$20 - 27/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
