I’m working with a leading proprietary trading firm in Chicago that is looking for a Windows Engineering Lead to take ownership of their enterprise Windows environment supporting a high-performance trading operation.
This is a senior technical leadership role combining hands-on Windows engineering with team leadership, working closely with infrastructure, development and trading teams to ensure a highly reliable and secure environment. Please note for this role you will need prior experience with people management / people leadership.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience managing Windows Server environments at scale
- Proven people/team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM
- Experience with virtualisation, automation and endpoint/server management
- Strong troubleshooting and systems engineering skills
- Comfortable remaining hands-on technically
