Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Windows Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based systems, ensuring their security, performance, and reliability. Key duties include system administration, troubleshooting, patch management, and support for end-users.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Perform system updates, patches, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and migrations.
- Implement security measures and compliance standards.
- Document configurations and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Windows system administration.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
