Four Seasons Home Products is seeking experienced Window and Door Installers to join our team. We’re looking for professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, work efficiently, and represent our company with professionalism on every job site.
Responsibilities • Install replacement windows • Complete full tear-out installations • Install entry and patio doors • Interior and exterior trim – clean lines and miters • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Ensure all installations meet company and manufacturer standards • Provide excellent customer service and communication on-site
Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience installing windows and doors • Proven ability to complete trim work on windows and doors. This may include extension jams, brickmold, casing, smart trim, etc. • Proven ability to perform full-frame tear-outs • Reliable transportation, trailer, tools, and insurance required • Must be able to travel within 150 miles of Kansas City • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality work
