Role: Window & Door Installer
Location: Long Island, NY 11510
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $26-$40/hour , based on experience and qualifications

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to perform residential installation work throughout Long Island. This is a hands-on position for someone who can accurately install replacement windows and exterior doors while maintaining high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Install replacement windows and exterior doors, including entry, storm, patio, and sliding doors
* Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fit, alignment, and operation
* Complete insulation, flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing
* Perform trim and finish carpentry, caulking, and related installation work
* Safely operate hand and power tools
* Protect customers' homes and belongings during installation
* Maintain a clean and organized job site
* Communicate professionally with homeowners
* Identify and report installation issues or job-site concerns
* Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards
* Follow established safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Requirements
* Previous residential window and door installation experience required
* Knowledge of proper installation, flashing, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques
* Strong measurement and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with hand and power tools
* Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Professional appearance and customer-service skills
* English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Andersen, Pella, ProVia, or similar products
* Finish carpentry experience
* Residential remodeling or general construction background
* OSHA certification
