Coil Winders are responsible for operating automatic winding machines, to produce precision coils for use in medium voltage control power transformers. This machine operates similar to a sewing machine.
Responsibilities:
Schedule: Flexible, open 5am - 5pm. 1st shift only.

Coil Winders are responsible for operating automatic winding machines, to produce precision coils for use in medium voltage control power transformers. This machine operates similar to a sewing machine.
Responsibilities:
- Wind copper magnet wire of various gauges meeting all production standards.
- Utilization of fine gage magnet wire to be wrapped side by side onto lead wire with precision.
- Work with mechanical counters and make necessary adjustments.
- Utilize hand tools to trim wire and solder.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to sit long periods of time
- Ability to work on small, intricate parts
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be a part of a team
- Previous soldering/sewing experience a plus
