Winder Operator – 1st Shift: Beloit, WisconsinOur customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Winder Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Winder Operator, you will set up and operate winding equipment to produce quality products while working in a safe, team-focused manufacturing environment.Responsibilities of the Winder Operator:Set up and operate winding and related equipment according to work orders.Monitor machines to ensure proper tension, alignment, and product quality.Read work orders and production schedules to meet specifications.Perform machine changeovers and material setup as needed.Inspect finished products and identify defects or quality concerns.Measure products to ensure they meet required dimensions and standards.Complete basic production logs and close out work orders accurately.Prepare finished materials for shipping, including labeling and wrapping.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Work closely with team members and leadership to meet production goals.Winder Operator Requirements and Qualifications:Ability to stack finished products onto pallets.Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.Basic math skills, including measuring and simple calculations.Ability to problem-solve and pay attention to detail.Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.Pay for Winder Operator: $17-$18/hour.Winder Operator Benefits:Health insurance.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: 1st Shift, Full-timeSchedule: Monday – Friday from 5:30am – 2:00pm with possible overtime on Saturdays from 6:00am – 2:00pm.
