The target start date is as soon as possible, ideally on or before November 17.Core ResponsibilitiesWork with the candidate and staff to build and execute the overall finance plan with clear monthly and quarterly goalsManage the day-to-day operations of the fundraising programs, including tracking contributions and pledges, maintaining databases, and compliance.Build out a robust call time program that includes both the candidate's personal network and state and national progressive donors.Plan, organize, and manage a fundraising event program that includes both local fundraising events and state and national travel.Recruit, train, and manage finance volunteers to help support all aspects of the fundraising program.Qualifications1-2 years of campaign fundraising experience, we are also open to candidates with fundraising experience outside of politics, including non-profit fundraising and experience as a volunteer.Experience working directly with individual donors and planning fundraising events.Experience with email and digital fundraising is not required but is welcome.Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsValid driver's license, reliable access to a personal vehicle, internet, and a cellphoneA strong work ethic and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
