This role is responsible for operating wide format printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. You will work with advanced printing technologies supporting projects such as signage, print advertising, and custom large-format materials.Operate and maintain wide format printing equipment, including EFI machineryPrepare and process digital print files, ensuring proper layout, scaling, and color accuracyPerform prepress tasks such as file setup, proofing, and color calibrationConduct quality control checks to ensure consistency, sharpness, and overall print qualityTroubleshoot equipment and material issues to minimize downtimeAssist with material handling, including loading large-format media and operating forklifts if neededWork with internal teams to ensure files meet production specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production environmentQualificationsExperience operating wide format printing equipment or similar production machinery requiredExperience with color correction tools and print production software requiredKnowledge of prepress processes and color management techniquesFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for file preparation (not design-focused)Experience with quality control in a manufacturing or production settingForklift experience is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWhy is This a Great OpportunityBenefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insuranceThis position offers an engaging environment where creativity meets precision manufacturing.
