Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator

To support the wholesale lending process, the full-time Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator will manage loan pipelines, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely processing of applications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and monitor the wholesale loan pipeline to ensure timely processing and closing of loans Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and resolve issues Prepare and maintain reports on pipeline status and performance metrics Required qualifications Experience in mortgage lending or a related financial field Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of wholesale lending processes and compliance regulations High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
