The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling white collar matters, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. The associate will work on sensitive and high-profile matters involving government inquiries, regulatory authorities, and complex disputes involving securities, commodities, and financial transactions.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range is $235,000-$365,000 , depending on qualifications and experience. Discretionary bonuses may also be available.

- Law review, journal, or moot court experience preferred
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
