We're looking for team members with a one team and genuine care mindset who are inspired to share the delight of the Tillamook brand with each other and others every day.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Whey Packaging Tech Operator will be responsible for ensuring that the steps for producing a product that meets TCCA's high standard of quality are taken and notifying the shift supervisor when issues arise that would jeopardize that quality. The WheyPackaging Tech is responsible for the understanding and operation of the whey bagging equipment.A Day in the LifeSkills you'll need:High school diploma or GED is required.Experience required:0-3 years' experience in the food industry preferred. Whey Plant experience desiredOther:Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Knowledge of ERP systems i.e. NAV is preferred.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors. Ability to communicate effectively.Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company.
