As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Agent, you will assist clients who have requested information about their benefits and coverage options. Your role is to answer questions, provide clear guidance, and create a professional, positive client experience.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions about available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide timely follow-up and ongoing customer support
Build positive, long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Protect confidential client information
Training and Career Growth

Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills

This is a fully remote position. Candidates should have a dependable internet connection, basic computer skills, and a quiet, professional workspace.
