West Virginia Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time West Virginia Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on evidence-based treatment while managing a consistent caseload. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with a supportive team Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
