To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote West Virginia Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants while managing minimal research tasks as needed. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and obtaining informed consent Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communications to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
