What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every guest by:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quality food according to Wendy's standards
- Working in the kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Restocking supplies and assisting with restaurant operations
- Working as part of a team to deliver fast and friendly service
- Following food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
