Wellness Center Specialist - NTHS (1488)

Starting Salary $34.16 to$43.19 Per Hour

Purpose Statement

The job of the Wellness Center Specialist is to support students’ access to mental health and wellnessresources, and learn new skills to develop sustainable wellness practices for life. The Wellness CenterSpecialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the school site Wellness Center, including: programimplementation, day to day operations, coordinating direct student support services, Tier 2 case management,student outreach and implementing a school-wide Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum and Wellnesseducation. The Wellness Center Specialist assures compliance with school district wellness policies, datatracking and evaluation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience: Job-related experience is required
• Three or more years of experience in wellness, mental health and or school basedwork preferred
• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology,
  Social Work, Public Health or other health and wellness related fields
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
• Required Upon Job Offer: TB Test Fingerprints/Livescan
• Letter(s) of Recommendation-Submit up to 3
