A. O. Smith is seeking a Welding Engineer to support manufacturing of residential and commercial water heating and treatment products.
In this on-site role, you will design, develop, and optimize welding processes for tanks, components, and assemblies to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will create and maintain weld procedures, lead trials and qualifications, and analyze weld issues using structured problem-solving. Partnering closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, you will support new product introductions, automation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
