We're expanding our team and hiring entry-level welders we can train as well as experienced welders and fitters ready to hit the ground running. If you're motivated, reliable, and want to build a long-term career in welding and fabrication, we want to talk to you.
Who We're Looking For
- Entry-Level Candidates: Motivated individuals ready to improve their welding and fitting
- Experienced Welders/Fitters: Skilled in MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Header, or Structural welding
- Ability to pass a hands-on weld or fit test (experienced candidates only)
Weld Test (Experienced Applicants)
- Fitter Test: Tee Bar Horizontal (MIG & Flux Core)
- Structural Weld Test: 3G MIG (Downhill) & Flux Core (Uphill)
