WELDER MIG, TIG, FLUX, HEADER, STRUCTUAL
We are seeking ALL skilled Welders to join our team in Tulsa. If you have solid experience with MIG, TIG, FLUX, HEADER, or STRUCTUAL , can read blueprints, and know your way around a tape measure, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on structural components according to job specifications.
- Fitting & Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to accurately measure, align, and fit structural components.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of safety, ensure tight tolerances, and perform quality checks on finished welds.
- Teamwork: Work alongside shop team members to keep projects moving efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Structural Fitter, MIG/TIG Welder, or Structural Welder.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and proficiency with a tape measure and hand tools.
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to pass the required hands-on weld/fit test.
Hands-On Weld Test Details
- Fitters Test: Tee bar horizontal (MIG & Flux Core)
- Structural Weld Test: 3G MIG (Downhill) & Flux Core (Uphill)
