RDF&P is seeking experienced Welders, Fitters, and Fabricators to join our growing team. We fabricate structural steel, custom metal products, and high-tech semiconductor industry components in a fast-paced shop environment. Pay range varies depending on experience.
What You'll Do
- Fit, weld, and fabricate steel components from drawings and blueprints
- Read and interpret welding symbols and shop drawings
- Perform FCAW (Flux Core) welding and fabrication work to quality standards
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, grinders, drills, and fabrication equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Qualifications
- Experience in welding, fitting, or fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong tape measure and basic math skills
- FCAW (Flux Core) experience required
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
