We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a manufacturing team in Williston, VT. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex metal components and assemblies, performing precision welding and hard surfacing across multiple welding processes.

🔩 What You'll Do

• Perform manual welding and hard surfacing on complex components, subassemblies, and assemblies.
• Set up and operate manual and automatic welding equipment.
• Perform welding using TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and MIG (GMAW) processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor work throughout production to maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow established safety procedures.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in manual welding and/or hard surfacing operations.
• Experience with TIG, MIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Ability to demonstrate welding proficiency through practical testing.
• Strong blueprint-reading and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
• Experience working with complex metal components and assemblies.
• Understanding of weld quality, dimensional tolerances, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform occasional medium-to-heavy physical work.
• Willingness to complete a written or practical welding assessment, if required.
