This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a proven craftsman who emphasizes safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Weld and fabricate steel components using fixtures, work instructions and blueprintsRead and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawingsCommunicate material and production needs with the Head of Fabrication and WeldingMaintain a clean organized and productive work area following 5S principlesFollow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company policiesContribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environmentRequirements:1-2 years welding/fabrication experience (shop setting is preferred)Ability to pass weld 1G V-Groove weld test for MIG & TIG processesBasic knowledge of operating, fabricating related to equipmentAbility to read blueprintsBe Safe from fraud!
