Available Shifts & Schedules: We are currently hiring for 2nd Shifts to meet our production goals:
- 2nd shift : 2:30pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- Saturdays: 12:00pm-5:00pm PM (as required)
- Experience: 1+ years of professional TIG & MIG welding, specifically with Aluminum
- Precision: High attention to detail; must maintain high-quality welds within the standard production ranges to ensure "same amount" consistency across operations.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliability: Commitment to the scheduled shift and required overtime.
- Path to Permanent: This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a clear path to becoming a permanent employee.
