This is a hands-on role where you'll cut, shape, and assemble steel components using a variety of welding techniques, shop equipment, and hand tools. Recent 2 years welding experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and stick welding on a variety of steel componentsCut and prepare materials using oxy/acetylene torch and plasma cutterUse shop equipment and hand tools to complete fabrication and assembly tasksRead and follow basic fabrication instructions and measurementsInspect work to ensure quality and accuracyMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasFollow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong safety cultureQualifications2 years recent experience with MIG welding required; stick welding experience preferredProficiency with hand tools and standard fabrication shop equipmentAbility to safely operate oxy/acetylene and plasma cutting equipmentStrong attention to detail and workmanship qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and safety-mindedThis position requires the ability to pass a drug test and background check
